A friend of mine is an attorney who works for a large law firm, he does not do bankruptcies per se, but generally assists senior attorneys with many types of cases. We got to talking about FTX and all that …my friend introduced me to crypto many years ago, so he’s familiar with all that’s going on. I saw him last night, we were talking and he told me something that really got my head spinning.
He said that FTX had 5B in assets a month ago, at the market low. He said they had 8B in liabilities,… a $3B hole. Then he said ‘If they can get the liabilities and assets to match, the bankruptcy can be dismissed, as assets will make all parties whole’ …in other words, if crypto goes up to a certain price for the assets, everyone will get their monies back and alls well that ends well…no need for bankruptcy!
THEN HE SAID THIS: ‘If the bankrupt judge dismisses it, he can contact the Criminal Court Judge, AND THAT JUDGE HAS THE OPTION TO DISMISS ANY AND ALL CHARGES, or have the prosecution lower the charges to misdemeanor level’
Unbelievable. SBF is going to get away with it!

huh would be a shame if someone shot that sbf guy right in the head, right? a tiny little bullet exiting the gun's chamber, right into the juif's head, splattering his brains all over the walls of his hideout. then you can't really say he got away with it, right?

So what does SOL have to pump to to avoid SBF prosecution?

I don't think your friend is wrong. I doubt the judge will dismiss, but SBF can absolutely lessen his sentence by making customers whole.
Of course, I can't help but wonder what's going to happen to BtC when the assets and liabilities hole is plugged and the assets are sold thanks to this rally--which of course isn't because of manipulation on the part of SBF of course.
