I work in a company with 3 employees. One is a female. Our cubicles face each other but we can't see each other unless one leans forward or stands up. I always like my chair adjusted to the lowest height. But whenever I come back to the office, it's somehow adjusted to the highest height. Almost always. We don't talk much besides the usual hello, Good night chatter so I don't really give her a lot of attention. Now I picked up on this and tried to reciprocate. I pretend to do a whole body stretch routine so that I can claim whatever comes about will be accidental. I stretched my legs so that they touch hers, but whenever I do this she retracts them immediately. What does she mean by this? I don't want my office life to be awkward, plus she's the boss' sister.
