>avoid ever playing poker or other forms of gamble just to be safe
>see all the huge fuss about crypto and get an urge to want to get rich quickly
>pussy out and realise this is just another form of gambling with no way of predicting it myself

Who else here makes money the normal way?
What are some ways to discourage people from trying to waste their fortune away on things like chance?

It's like gambling but you have the house edge. Stay mad nocoiner.

Completely false considering some projects are obviously superior to others. Better tech, teams, researchers, supporters, etc.

Its all a bet. We go into work and gamble our time and effort on the idea of getting paid for it, while the employer is gambling on you being profitable. It has the best odds for return, even compared to a gamble like running your own business or buying something you believe to be undervalued. Some people are retarded though and equate this to pure chance or even dumber, casino games that have shit odds.

Daytrade 30% of of my income on other instruments. Earn my other money through land acquisitions.

Let them piss it away. Then they'll learn. Every exchange has a warning about cryptos.

If that were true BCH would have replaced BTC already and Neo would have surpased Eth. Instead it's going to take two long fucking years for the market to acknowledge the obvious

Trying to call this a moral. Surely you will ALWAYS be lucky like this in your entire life and manage to get by without education and actual job experience. Cheap thrills will not get you far in life if you waste it on something that gets public service announcements on TV. You're a junkie for gambling and that's it.

Keep telling yourself that. Doing "hard work" basically means dancing a waltz to a 4/4 rhythm; it works, but it looks stupid and isn't correct in any way. Every fucking company is run by a stupid ceo backed up by a bunch of Excel spreadsheets.

Not at all. Some people actually get luck but this is just a rare occasion. Point is that this kind of All-OR-NOTHING behaviour is not to be encouraged.

Cryptomeme? I make more money than you at my job and on my traditional investments, and I also make way way WAY more money than you on my crypto investments

"Haha anyone not falling for the computermeme? My dad lost his fortune on car company stocks back in the day so computers are a meme"

If you aren't invested in crypto at least somewhat, you're mentally ill

Have with with your 8% yearly gains while we all make that in weeks

That's not true because BCH is technologically inferior to BTC. You don't understand software engineering. Anyone can change a constant and say "it works now" - that's not called scaling.
