I have a really strong resume, great certifications, and a solid degree, the catch is that I am really socially awkward and I am completely garbage at interviewing.

I have had countless interviews go nowhere, how do I get past this?

You just have to keep doing them until they stop feeling uncomfortable. Basically just accept at the outset that you probably will not get hired and that takes away most of the stress.
Embrace the awkwardness. You need to learn to enjoy being uncomfortable because it means something interesting is happening.
