First off you should get a job because your time is limited and your neetbux are fucking shit, you can game that job via promotions and raises to get more $ and also there is an added network benefit.
After that you invest your money in crypto because it's going to give you the most volatility and potential ROI.
After you've already made it you start looking for wealth preservation and diversification.
Maybe you start with the place you live in, buy an SFH. You'll gain experience as a home owner and make connections for contractors / tradesmen, and overall learn some DIY stuff too.
You can move to another SFH and rent that one or try some other plays, maybe you buy a blue chip multi-familiy in a higher end part of town. I'm talking like multi-million dollar brownstones not triple deckers in the slums.
If at any point you get some rare opportunities along the way just jump on them.
For instance, I had the opportunity to invest in multiple businesses but because those opportuniites all happened at the same time and I had limited funds I could only choose one. Thankfully it was the better of the options but it would have been cool to do more than one.
In any case, to simply the strategy you just start out with higher risk stuff early on because it's not that hard to get it back and as time goes on and your money grows you move into lower risk stuff because it takes way less time to get back your $10k in ButtFuck Coin if you get rugged than it does $1mil which a lot of people will never even see in their life.
