I am short on cash, and moving into a cheaper apartment. I owe my current landlord $450, and I was thinking about not paying my last months rent, nor the 450.

What’s the chance he would take me to small claims court over this? It’s a huge company with hundred if not thousands of tenants in Memphis TN
