Daily reminder that finance and economics are pseudoscientific make believe garbage and capitalism is inherently unstable, exploitative and unsustainable with a built in expiration date. Ever escalating recessions, poverty, debt, wealth inequality, monopolies, disease, pollution, exploitation, slavery, conflict and wars are fundamental, necessary and intended principles of it, NOT glitches. Greed, selfishness, lying, cheating, stealing, competition, conflict, slavery and war are behaviors highly encouraged and incentivized under capitalism. It is LITERALLY cancer and i dont mean it metaphorically, i mean it literally, it shares the exact same functions and principles as a cancer cell.

The freer the market the more enslaved everything and everyone else is and the more blood sacrifices need to be performed to "the Line god". An economy needs to be as regulated and planned as possible to serve the living beings needs and desires and be able to be adjusted according to our needs at any given moment/period. finance and stock markets are incompatible with life and are in direct competition

Most people have only ever known the ZIRP/QE era when the Fed wanted to pump the market and don't understand what's happening now. The Fed is now actively rooting for stocks to dump. We're not even at the terminal rate yet and the initial interest rate hikes have barely taken effect. Don't gamble money you need in this market. ZIRP/QE is over until the economy breaks.

>> No.53245084

>The fed wants to maintain price stability
The Fed has repeatedly said that it does not want to make the mistake of pivoting too soon and allowing a resurgence of inflation. If the Fed pivots with markets heading towards ATHs and everyone euphoric then high inflation will come back. The Fed has said they will overtighten to avoid the dangers of undertightening. In this case maintaining price stability is going "until the job is done". The Fed knows they can use ZIRP/QE to revive the economy after they overtighten.

>>53245005
>Rate cuts start soon. We ALL know it's coming.
The Fed says things like: "higher for longer", "until the job is done", "there will be pain", "we will overtighten". What if the Fed is telling the truth and will not pivot? What if the Fed makes the same mistake they did with inflation and take way too long to pivot? What if the economy starts breaking and the Fed doesn't do anything because they're afraid of an inflation resurgence? These are real possibilities that need to be taken into consideration. At some point rates will be cut but you don't know what the economy and stocks will look like when it happens.

They likely won't. They let inflation run hot and now they will let inflation run cold for a while. I still can’t believe I bought the October bottom and sold months too early. Now I’m mentally priced out forever like my doomer depression great grandparents were. I had VTI at $175. I fucking hate myself. Logic went out the window years ago. Why do I overthink things.

Class war is enacted daily and every day that passes labor is making strides in achieving the goal of communism. From organizing your workplace, fighting your bosses and managers, striking, burning banks, beating cops, soldiers, financiers and sabotaging the stock market and commercial economies whatever. Anything that puts a wrench in the machinations of the status quo.

Furthermore we build dual power. Meaning we live and act in ways that align with the world we wish to create. We participate in our local communities and create sustainable self managing ecosystems. We destroy globalized supply lines and replace them with local organizing through strong community, solidarity, sharing and democracy. We prioritize living beings needs and actively seek to avoid profit motive and a "growth for growths sake" cancer mentality.

There is no blueprint to liberation and asking the oppressed specific steps to their liberation can only be done in bad faith by bad faith actors like capitalists, financiers, fascists and scabs (probably like yourself). Imo the only true "responsibility" of the subjugated masses is to euthanize their oppressors. Nothing more or less can be demanded or expected from them. We dont need to prove anything to anyone. We have truth on our side and unless our demands are met extinction will be the consequence either through our hands or simply through the normal functions of capitalism until the biosphere becomes uninhabitable. There is a reason why "socialism or extinction" is a popular slogan after all

You are projecting. Most people are well aware of their desires and needs and when they are threatened or attacked. It is "people" like you who are the subhuman parasites, people who claim life is inherently wortheless and parasitic are the ones playing right into the hands and the propaganda of the masters. You have internalized the cancer and are actively acting against your own interests and siding with the bourgeoisie. You have far more in common with these "subhuman cattle" than any rich person or other authority figure. How come it is the masses you consider subhuman and not the elites? You think this way because you are a wilful ignorant soldier of the masters who will attack your fellow proletariat and comrades. You are the type of person who when talks of a strike arise in the workplace you quickly remind everyone that this will "kill productivity" and that they should "work hard" and "pull their bootstraps". You are the type of person who whenever talks about social programs, nationalization of industries ans de-privatization arise you immediately remind everyone of the dangers of "handouts" and of the "useless eaters". You are the type of person who when time comes, will be euthanized

50% of that being state owned businesses that don't give a shit about outside shareholder interests. The banks are likely "cheap" but only if you ignore the fact that their profits are in a currency rapidly decaying against US dollar. It's always the same. Much better to try and find 1-2 companies that actually have compelling upside and then invest directly.
