i think the problem a lot of people have are that people call bottoms (almost as a joke) throughout the entire bear market but when it actually happens regular investors get scared off buying back in, they are too burned by that point

Agree about June, but that was way too soon for us to hit bottom, it was like 5 months sooner than we've bottomed out historically
$15.4k was hit just over 1 year from ATH which has been the case before
i admit if the macro gets hammered it will be hard to see BTC hold up, but not buying in at $15.4k would be insane, you're effectively now risking and praying that we have the sequel to 2008 which was the worst economic period since 1929.
it COULD happen, but it's too risky to hope for it, in 2008 people were expecting banks to collapse (and some did).
