Bros, i'm about to buy my first gas station and i have a meeting with the owner soon. While i have done my due diligence, i don't want to leave any possible "blind spots". Any tips pre buying and after?

Did you actually think you could make money owning a gas station?

Expand it so that you can have truckers passing through. With them comes their heinous trucker faggotry. Good for business.

Make hybrid stations? Pretty sure truckers and farmers will rely on gas for at least 20 or 30 more years.

>> No.53226780

Is this your first gas station and are you planning to manage it? If you will be the manager, how are you in that regard?
Also you'll want to know where the vendor contracts and schedules are for a smooth transition of ownership.
Lastly, I take it you've been able to estimate or see its cashflows somehow?

Do you think big oil jews are just going accept that? They will not allow a switch until they're ready to, and i feel like they will crash the world economy first. Full EVs are smoke and mirrors for libfags. Until then i will have made some fast charging stations too as anon>>53226681
suggested.

so he would leverage the gas station to get a loan to build it. you dont sell something that is good all around to buy something else that it good. why go backwards in life

I'll never own an EV. Every gas station is either a chain or a poor Indian guy, you're at the mercy of gas distributors. I feel like your biggest profit margin would be your convenience store/food counter.

There is already a manager on site along with the other 5 workers. But you can't fully trust other people with your money, that's my point. It's going to be a long process for this deal to go through but i have the all the relevant info and data. Worst case scenario i'm looking at 15k to 20k profits per month.

That's what he said. But i agree with your perspective! The thing is: boomers, from where i'm from, think debt is something only poorfags do. So they would rather go under instead of learning how to make good debt. And, to be
honest, he didn't seem very bright to me, considering the amount of things he could have done in that station until now...

good question. maybe /biz/ isn't the place to ask. go to a poo or gook station and ask them questions. where i live, there's a gook gas station on a major highway that's been there for decades. even after a walmart gas station and humongous circle k sandwiched them in and the gooks still have the highest prices, people still flock to their gas station slash convenience store slash liquor store. god only knows why
