Well I've saved up for a long time to go back to college and get my masters (plus I snagged a scholarship somehow). I don't really need any money, but I was hoping to get some side money so I can treat myself occasionally.
3 of the jobs I joined, I quit on the first day because they started telling me:

Fuck you, walked out.

Next two jobs had be doing things I didn't sign up for. I signed up for customer service, but you want me to move boxes in the back or work some cash register? Uh...not my problem. Quit the same day too.

Final quit job they were really swamped at some delivery place and I got sass from some fat ass manager because I had to use the bathroom between deliveries. I quit that job and the manager almost had a stroke because they had no one left to deliver (not my problem, hire/pay more).

My current job I've been at for 3 weeks. Manager is a cool dude, I deliver for some small shop. I get in the car, bring them the food, come back and chat and maybe help fold some boxes or clean a few dishes while chatting with him and a few other cool dudes. Great part time job and it pays well.
