im not convinced it is a scam. there is clearly no liquidity though and the pump is over for now. there is an option in the code to require price calls to pay a fee in OT. right now that is set to 0 but if there is adoption by dapps OT will need to be purchased to query the oracle. i'm also 99% eleven-cat is the same team/member of ICLighthouse (ICDex, ICHouse, icBTC)
