is chainlink implementing Google's old 'hiding strategy'?

>> No.53179145

Except nobody is making money off chainlink except meaningless scam tokens that announce the partnership to gather hype before they dump to 0

Damn you guys are quick

Everything you’ve seen with Link matches the hiding strategy perfectly. There are times in everyones life where you have to make the call yourself. Are you going to do it?

After watching the Scmidt Smartcon talk it seems like Sergey wants to hide while Schmidt wants to start making moves.

No they aren't and they're is no evidence to the contrary. Only the fact that Eric is an advisor. That's literally it.

Not working / marketing because you already made over half a billion dollars is not really "hiding". Sergey just wants to exit without getting lynched by the mob.

How much did you lose in lending scams like bancor / celsius? Do you think youll ever get a fraction of your link stack back?

>> No.53179542

>>53179436
I like to think guys like him spread their stacks out over more than 1 lending platform in order to 'mitigate risk' and 'harness maximum upside potential'. The fucking cope of these losers screeching as they see it all disappearing out of view is simply splendid to watch. And then they see guys like us who lost none of it but kept buying, and are now staked comfortably and are unfuddable. That has got to sting. Boy am I glad I'm not like them.

>>53179542
It’s honestly hilarious I remember last summer the Bancor/Celcius fags were calling us fudders when we’re literally BEGGING them to take their Link out. Whats funnier is the people defending link went down drastically as those Linkies had turned to the dark side and joined the fud. In their minds since a lending platform scammed them, then Chainlink was also a scam. You could write a 6-part series based on the lore of this community unironically.

Yes you see what's REALLY going on is Seygey is HIDING the actual market cap of Chainlink, it needs to be suppressed at all costs, if everyone actually knew how many institutional investors were into Chainlink the entire system would break.

All we know is the team has several cashflow positive price feeds. They haven't mentioned which ones but it's reasonable to assume ETH/USD is one.

I speculate that they aren't yet cash flow positive outside of token dumps, but are on a trend to be cash flow positive.

getting a handful of projects to pay them is just to appease investors. the real goal is to ell tokens without anyone getting too upset. it's likely they refund the paying projects, it's just a pr play anyway

>Google's hiding strategy: hide how you make money so competitors don't copy you
>Chainlink's "hiding" strategy: hide the whole company and the fact that the token is very much needed while sharing your secrets and code with competitors
I hope Eric changes this, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I also found it strange that all fiat currencies can happily circulate with no reserves on hand thanks largely to the speed of credit money when terra/luna could not sustain itself.
