Feels like I'm loaded on 2 pints of beer without the euphoria the entire fucking day. Every time I eat I want to pull my hair out afterwards. I see all these dumb ass boomers waggling around town and it makes me almost blind with fury. Almost like there's a strong magnet in my elbow and all boomer's faces are made out of metal. Almost punched a sign too that some retard 80IQ manlet wagie put on the sidewalk and now it blocks half the sidewalk for actual humans (not hobbits). I hate you all. Can't wait to see all the retards on monday again, I will avoid the coffee machine like the plague. I need to practice some one-liners about football or something so they don't fucking bother me else I might explode.

kek. i know your pain. Give it a few weeks and you'll calm down. For me it helped to tell myself that on the 1st of every month i'm allowed to buy a pack of cigs, but have to throw them away on the 2nd. You risk triggering a relapse, but for me it makes dealing with the mental wtihdrawal easier

I quit after I tried a few cigars and being able to distinguish tobacco from additives when I tried cigarettes again. Haven't touched a cigarette in three years, even when I was black out drunk. I get nauseous even thinking about smelling a cigarette.
