I know having more women in the workforce has caused some shitty hiring practices, but I'm glad it happened. Why the fuck should women get to sit around all day relaxing while men do all the work? It's not like we're in the 1800s anymore where housework took a sizable portion of someone's day.

I work in a tech company as a software developer and I know someone in a different team that recently hired women. He says the culture has shifted ever since they joined because it used to be only men in the team and they could make all sorts of jokes and banter without fear of getting reprimanded. They don't do this anymore because they fear they will offend those women and get HR on their asses. I also heard those women got hired because of diversity quotas. He says they don't know shit and always relies on their team members for help.
