One of the anons on there was supposedly in HR and helped me how to properly format my resume and even provided examples. Apparently HR has a program that just runs through resumes.

Keep it simple. Add your work experience as one of the first things on the top. Avoid adding unnecessary filler like hobbies and instead use certain keywords that will be used for that field of work like "Microst Excel"
