If i was Richard Heart,

I would just be inviting all the "influencers" for private jet ride to exotic locations. Party it up, sell them on HEX while having fun.

Then get some connected hollywood agent to setup an A-list pulsechain launch party. Invite all kinds of artists, musicians, actors, Elon etc.
