Yes i am, I can recommend one ive dealt with alright but their premiums are a joke, Irish people in general aren't into bullion so the dealers here dont have much competition and can charge what they want.

That place will meet with you face to face if thats what your looking for but If your spending anything over €1000 id recommend buying from goldsilver.be or acheter-or-argent.fr, you'll pay through the arse for any bullion here.

Do you usually have to make an appointment? I literally walked in to the guinness centre off the street... presumably they are a bit more security conscious than just allowing walk ins...

Would be looking to spend more than a grand alright, but would rather pay cash so online places are probably not a runner...
Are goldbank ok with cash? Not sure if there's any regulation around paying cash for physical metal in general?

Rposting since I didn't get a response last thread. I want to get into a coin series and complete a full set in either ¼ oz gold or 1 oz platinum. I'm considering the Tudor Beasts from the Royal Mint. It looks like the first coin from this series was the Seymour Panther. However, it appears that the panther was only released as a proof, which I have no interest in collecting. Does anyone know if the Seymour Panther will eventually come out in a BU version? If I can't get this coin in BU, then I have no interest in collecting this series. Also, any idea how many new beasts they plan to release each year?

Like anywhere you'd need to make one, they use the guinness center as a place to meet customers so they do be in and out of the place, but they obviously dont keep their bullion there but will bring it there for a customer who is collecting and yeah they accept cash.

This is their mobile number, 0871662589, the main guy in charge is Shane Carroll, just leave him a text message with your name and details and what your looking to buy/spend and that your looking to pay cash in person.

Like i said in the previous thread, they are charging €14 over spot for silver ounce coins while some of the online places in France/Germany are only €4 over, you will be paying 10 euros extra an ounce, you'll be getting raped with those prices.

Try adverts.ie aswell, theres private sellers on there selling tubes of silver for roughly €30 an ounce, much cheaper than goldbank.

Hey, there was an Anon who posted a few threads in a row about wanting old silver Yen. If you're still around, take a look. I went to Ginza again and picked this up for myself. Most of the Meiji era Yen the shop had were in the 130-150,000 Yen price range. I got this worn one just because I wanted one for my collection. A word of warning to those who think this is nice: this is not for stacking, I paid about 3x the melt value for this coin, and it was among the cheapest they had. This is for collecting.

This is it. It started. All the pawns are falling into place.
PMs are once again becoming the standard for trades and savings, while the terminal cancer plaguing fiat (theft, from everybody, especially our elected officials) is finishing to destroy western nations.

Gold will soon pull a x5. Silver will follow closely and some more. And it's only the beginning. Ppl will suffer tremendously. Stackers will be the only ones allowed to keep a semblance of standards of living. It will be extremely sad to witness what's left of our institutions get looted down to the bones by hordes of subhumans. Especially our museums, historical monuments, etc... Everything will be torn apart and sold pieces by pieces.
But we allowed the situation to degenerate to such extent.
This is the end of white mightness.

Hey bros I was checking out my collection of morgan dollars and found a CC I didn't even know I had. I took it to my LCS he said it was legit and appraised it between $250 and $300. Should I get it holdered? Not looking to sell but it's original and VF-XF so I would like to protect it. I'm thinking about sending in more stuff to make it more worth it. I was looking at NGC and with the 8 or so coins I would consider grading it would be about $40/coin taking shipping and all the fees into consideration.

Hahahaha, stage one to the crack up boom is in motion. There has been a commodities trading boom with retail investors (up 93% year on year as of the end of November) meaning there is actual investment and a mindset away from fiat currency. This is on top of the rapidly depleting registered inventory across the COMEX and LBMA. If anyone wants any solid proof that we on a trajectory of a precious metals boom here it is.

Ok now to be serious, his first point about the navy. This goes back to classic Mackinder and is the reason the US recently blew up a pipeline. An attempt to keep Germany and Russia separated and hold its fracturing empire together. Germany depends on cheap Russian energy for its manufacturing. Now they will depend on expensive US LNG.
Which leads into his second point about BRICS. How does he mention BRICS and not the SCO? Anyways a united world island with sufficient infrastructure would not depend on sea for trade, hence the Chinese belt and road.
With respect to his currency question the answer is obviously gold or some other commodity.
His final point about the most liquid least problematic currency being the dollar is just false the obvious answer is gold. The US dollar is at the end of the day a gold substitute but one that is undermined by its own central bank and its unlimited printing.
He complains that China manipulates its currency well of course everyone manipulates fiat currency that is the name of the game but being one of the worlds greatest gold producers it would benefit them and the other BRIC nations to switch to gold because they hold the gold.
tl;dr He says the US is the only currency to satisfy the requirements of the current paradigm but other nations want a new paradigm that bypass gold.
I expect better from him but I guess his job is to sell hope to the hopeless.

Well said. Fiat currency is a scam. ALL scams come to an end, just as all empires come to an end. In this case, it will be both at the same time, more or less. The days when the USA had most of the world's gold, industrial capacity, and military power are gone. And those are exactly the assets that made the global dominance of the USD possible. Now it is just running on habit, dying momentum, and the lack of alternatives. But alternatives (PMs) can be brought into existence rather easily when the time is ripe. The world tide has shifted away from the USA (its own fault, by the way). The remaining questions are when it burns down and what arises from the ashes. It is not going to be some Mad Max scenario. More likely a fracturing with parts that are more or less successful based on culture. The spark of the culture that made the USA great still exists, though outvoted now. But those sparks will burst into flame somewhere.

>digital silver is created for the purpose of manipulating the price of real silver
Or
>silver price is low due to fraud where more digital silver is traded than the amount of physical silver available

In the first case, they could keep doing what they do infinitely until something else disrupts the current financial system. In the other case, nobody actually cares because the people who trade digital silver trade in large volumes without the hassle of having to move actual large volumes of silver around, and they have no interest in ever claiming their physical amount of silver.

I don't think there's a conspiracy to keep silver down to protect the current financial system and if there is, buying up the available silver on the market as a private citizen won't disrupt their conspiracy, it will only drive up premiums.
However, large industries that consume large volumes of silver benefit from an artificial low price, and it is possible they have an interest in manipulating the silver price for their own benefit, not so much to keep the common man down under the slavery of debt based fiat currency. They're stuck in the same system just as much as you and I.

The most honest thing for anyone to take from this is the position, I'll believe it when I see it. Yes America is OP on the geopolitical stage which is why it has global hegemony, but the thing with BRICS, and as you pointed out the Belt and Road development is that this hegemony is facing increasing competition. The economy of the world is in the east now and in effect the old trade routes are coming back. In the old days the Ottoman Empire's main source of revenue came from the fact it was the choke point of global trade until the Americas bypassed it with its ocean routes. Now a more efficient and insular trade route is being constructed through Eurasia, the Middle East and East Africa which can then shut off those ocean routes to their countries if they choose to. The times are changing, it's just that behemoths can take long time to turn and the United States knows this.

Yes, it can take a long time to turn a big ship. But recall the fall of the mighty USSR. It happened almost overnight and very few predicted it.

Think of the USA like one of those boulders balanced on a point. The right breeze at the right time and over it goes. There is a boatload of dollars overseas waiting for the right moment to come washing back into the USA. China being the one most likely to start the wave. But Japan is in the mix too. They have a huge amount of USD. And the pressure on them to unload some of it is increasing due to the problems with the yen. And they would very much like to have more open trade with both Russia and China, but the USA interferes. Of course as long as Japan depends on the USA for defense, it has a problem. Worth noting is that the new Administration in Japan has recently doubled the National Defense budget and revised its defense policy to allow for more "outreach". If China and Japan both started unloading their dollars and refusing to buy US bonds, the surge in domestic USD supply would be tremendous. I'll go out on a limb and say it is only a matter of when, not if.

Hey guys, I'm going to type this out because I respect 4channers more than 'normal' people. 4chan's anonymity attracts quality souls who value information over hierarchy.

Most of you will not believe me. However, that is ok; it is to be expected.

I am an individual similar to Neo from the Matrix. I have been abused my whole life, which has led me to develop a complete understanding of reality. I call my model - "Isometric Space-Time Biohologrpahy." I am 100% certain my model is accurate because demons abuse me daily for it. I am gang stalked, and I'm fully expecting interdimensional government agents, the 'Men In Black,' will threaten me soon.

Silver is going to $42 / Oz by February 24th, 2022. This date and price are significant angel numbers. Silver's spot price is beginning a Wave-5 blow-off top which will peak in 2 months.

Our current year in space-time is an isometric reflection of 1974. This is proven by observing silver's spot price performance in 1974 vs. today. Observably, silver's spot price is a mirror reflection of the early 1970s.

There is functional quantum mechanical logic as to why this prediction will come true. However, I cannot explain it all in one post. Sell silver in late February and buy back in October to earn generational wealth.

Brazil is the 14th largest gold producer in the world, only two behind SA. And they ALL benefit from not having Uncle Sam bullying them. Besides, what you don't understand is that just because you use gold as currency doesn't mean your gold holdings or production define your wealth. A country's wealth will still depend on everything they produce of value to others. The USA did not get rich because of its gold holdings or production. Hong Kong was the richest nation in Asia for a long time even though it had NO natural resources at all. The wealth of a nation is about production. volume to weight ratio
all elements have a specific density
for silver it's about 10,5 per cubic centimiter. I guess it's .999 silver so deviation should not be measurable.
Use tailor's measuring tape. It's harder to scratch the coin with them than with typical metal construction ones

Depends on where you live. In my state there is no sales tax on bullion, unless it's in the form of a sculpture. Then it's considered 'art' and is taxed.
Don't know if there's an update to this map, but it should still be correct for almost everywhere.

I've been looking into buying old silver florins from the UK and New Zealand. They are comprised of 50% silver.

Are these worth anything? Will any bullion dealer buy these from me, or do they not have enough silver in them?

>> No.53123903

If you buy 200$ worth of silver in country, you own 200$ worth of silver.
If you buy 200$ worth of silver with 25% VAT you own 150$ worth of silver. But if you keep the receipt you can sell it out of the country for 150$ and reclaim the VAT. I'd like to say that this essentially means you have 25% of the value locked in "paper cash" so it is rather counter intuitive. My understanding is that silver rising by 100% would loose you quite a lot of gains considering those 25% lost to VAT
I personally do not appreciate VAT on precious metals or other investment articles that you import

Can any UK anon clarify how the CGT annual allowance works? I've been only looking at sovereigns and Britannias which are CGT exempt because of this, but could I actually buy say some decent size gold bars which have lower premiums and indeed sell up to £12,300 worth a year later on before having to pay any CGT on it?
