Outside of BTC/ETH no alts will ever eclipse their all time highs, especially not ones with bloated market caps to begin with. With each dump it becomes exponentially harder to pump, especially when the centralized coins keep constantly dumping shitcoins on the market ala XRP. You're better off just selling and not marrying your bags, and making sure you're consolidating profits into BTC.
