That model never made any sense. The whole point was to have someone else do the work (driver) and they skim some profits. Having to maintain a fleet of vehicles and complicated AI would massively add to those costs, ensuring a minimum of 10 years to break even. Back before I added my wife to my health plan options we looked into the "obama care" route. Cheapest option was like 360 a month with a fucking deductible of over 9000. Keep in mind that was just for her and did not include dental or vision.
