I picked up meditation again, something I haven't been practicing in a long time and it's done my soul well. Also started to learn piano.

Making the effort NOT to break the momentum of 2022. Easy to do something good then drop it like a rock shortly after.

Making yourself a whole person goes a long way to making yourself successful elsewhere in life, including work/business/finance/etc.

Killed it this year
Climbed every good mountain in gunma, had a beautiful blonde woman begging me to impregnate her, dabbed on ex wife, taught kids to swim and ride a bike, maintained most of my crypto gains because I learned my lesson after losing 7 figs in 2018, probably the first person to successfully swim down the entire stretch if the pine bar on the salmon river, did 2 marathons.

Market sucked ass so tried relationships to buildup my emotional intelligence skills. Got a gf for the first time. Lasted about 6 weeks. Went to rehab on a paid medical leave from work and got sober. This helped my finances tremendously. Spent the rest of the year opening my own restaurant being sober enough to handle it and win the confidence of investors

I'm open a second business, atleast that's what I'd like to manifest. If I can get my first restaurant running within a year I'd like to begin opening a second one.

Well, alright.

I realized that I fall into a category of person that I used to find insufferable. I was always subconsciously aware of it but never had to directly confront it. I think I always had a thing about people like that because I didn't want to confront the fact that they were like me. It's where a lot of that chip on my shoulder used to come from.

I'm in better shape. Closer to my goal. Not there yet, but I never will be, that's the point. There's always another hill to climb, but I'm improving.

My art, writing, is improving. I was already good, but I'm getting better. I wouldn't call what I'm working on a masterpiece, but it's not too shabby. I'm not focused on whether or not it's a best seller, because once it's done I'll move right on to the next project.

I'm getting more into touch with my own sexuality. In the past I was always too frigid. Some women really like that, but it's not really who I am, just a layer that I put on. I've accepted that I'm actually physically attractive. Took me a long time to manage that. Guess middle school fucks us all up, but I've got that out of the way for the new year.

This year I'm going to knock about three things out of the park in January, and from there the sky's the limit really. I'll check the scoreboard in six months or so, maybe June or July, and see where I'm at. Before then I probably won't think much about it. Until then it's just living and grinding.
