I visited the US back in 2019 and paid everywhere using my Revolut card. I quickly realized that all those tips that were defined in that extra paper receipt where you just manually sign using a pen never went through revolut (probably revolut rejects those requests by default) and that made me include ridiculous tipping amounts to my final bill every fucking time just to impress the female waitresses. Not really. It all depends on your needs and what you are willing to pay with for your health. Poor people think they save money by waiting in line and suffering from health issues in the mean time instead of paying an up front cost that is cheaper in the long run.
