About $23k in capital loses.

$21k because of the sanctions on Russia. I made an assumption (which was wrong), didn't hedge, or diversify my assets properly and I paid for it. I was forced to sell at a 40% loss to foreign investors, or my assets would've been completely frozen and be worth $0.

$2k in crypto loans to Genesis. Which wasn't a big deal, because I viewed crypto as gambling money anyways.

I should add, the rest of my portfolio is actually hedged properly, so when everyone's 401ks were going down 30%, my 401k, IRA, etc. actually went up a few points. So, other than my Russian stocks, this entire year actually would've been completely fine. The red all over the screens wouldn't have had much of an effect.
