I am planning on investing into 2nd and 3rd world real estate. I already have a mortgage-free place in North America that I turned into an AirBnB, as well as an additional place I'm still paying a mortgage on but in which I currently try live. So personally it seems low risk and low skill entry.

Basically:
- Find a parent or grandparent who might have claim to a 2nd or 3rd world country passport (think Ireland, Poland, etc)
- Get passport, bank account, some sort of license in said country
- Invest $5-10k into a small place
- Convert to AirBnB and rent out
- Stay in the place when visiting the country or rent it out to family

Big workload up front, but can be turned into a passive revenue stream in roughly a year.

does everything online involve social media now.. even email marketing. cause I don't want to act like a clown on social media just to get an audience, nor do ii want to overpay an agency for viral content

>>53039223
you might need a bigger upfront because the mortgages abroad aren't the same as the US/Canada... well at least when we did have cheap money. i've seen 15% five year mortgages overseas. people just buy cash down

Where's my fellow website bro's? Mentioned in the last one that I host meme's but don't think I got any replies. AMA I guess.

I only ever rent to whites so I'm not worried about that. Also mostly white males - women are fucking disgusting creatures.
>>53041759
Thanks for the heads up. I'll see what my options are. Worst case scenario I'll delay the purchase by a year.

No offense but your grammar is abysmal. It's "bros" and "memes" not "bro's" and "meme's". It makes your website look shittier as well (even though it's already a low IQ meme site). Always run your copyright through multiple spell checks like Google Docs or Microsoft Word to avoid this problem.

Virtual waitress restaurant that uses vtuber tech and robots. Your waitress is a customizable avatar and food comes to you on a small trolley. Thoughts?

Possible. Look into the Kura Sushi chain in Japan for business model. You're seated by a robot, served by a robot and you pay a robot. It's great for autists like myself

I was thinking something like conveyor belt sushi. This place I went to in Sf did it well https://www.hikarisushi.info/.. The only flaw I see would be if a regular wanted the same design/waitress. I know Japanese otaku do that and there are just as many desperate Americans that'd probably do the same.

Looks good anon. For a regular customer, maybe they can make an account that saves their avatar preferences, and you bundle it into some kind of punch card service?

How does this automation work?
I was thinking of doing automated videos on Youtube and automated porn Patrepn through AI art as well as automated bot marketing.
But I don't have any guides on how its done.

does anyone have experience with SaaS? I've been working on an analytics app for shitcoins for a while and I've been thinking about ways to monetize it but idk how polished it needs to be before I can start marketing. I'm a solo dev so I can't make everything perfect but I'm close to the point where it can be useful for some people and I would like to get as many eyes on it as possible for feedback. I think at first it will be free for everyone, with larger datasets available with a free subscription but idk how to get it out there in front of an audience

I don't have any money for that. I quit my job last year to re-evaluate my life and work on projects, which resulted in me building this app. I'll have to find normal work again soon and plan on using a part of the paycheck to hire pajeets/students to do frontend work for me but I need to know that the app itself will have an audience before committing to that.

>> No.53054982

>>53054927
Yeah anon, definitely work first on getting a job that'll give you enough time and money for the side projects to take flight. I've created more revenue streams by using extra money from the main job than I would've without it. That way outsourcing will actually be cheap and get the projects moving faster. Just my 2 cents..

I fucking dread returning to the wage cage but at least now I have an overarching plan that will hopefully make it more bearable. I was naive to quit without better preparation for the future but this time off has been a huge benefit to my mental health
