I have 200k in a fund that I actively manage. I make on average +8% a month (36 month N). People tell me I should consider real estate to "diversify" but my returns ridiculously outpace anything from real estate. Some people say I should consider a small business or invest in one, but what business investment is going to yield as much as I make actively managing my money. I haven't looked into real estate for the purpose of taxes, maybe there is some use there

At what point do you think it becomes worth it to take a lessened return on investment, for the sake of better risk management?

Wow , she's magnificent. Always liked that look.

If you do 8% per month, just do that for two years and your 200k will be 1.26MM

so you started with like 12k 3 years ago? or is this an annualized return

what is the volatility like and is that after tax return?

If that is after tax return and you really made 8% monthly for 36 months I would say keep doing that. right now is a weird time to buy real estate anyway and unless you live in a 3rd world country 200k isnt quite at the level where I would be rushing to get into anything super safe especially if you are confident in how you are doing things now.

I would say maybe consider doing that once you get to an amount that is large enough that you start to have trouble scaling it in your current system

nice juggs also

Tit-fucking never did anything for me. It's not tight enough and just doesn't work. Never understood the attraction. I do love them in my face, though.
