Man, the link shill to FUD circle is crazy. First it was shilled like insane here, then massive FUD, then massive shilling again and now we’re back to FUD. I’m just holding my links until EO2018 and if I could somehow time lock them in a smart contract I would do it.

Why don't you buy a safe create a paper wallet offline send the LINK to the paper wallet and stick the paper wallet in the safe then stick the key in another safe and give the key to that safe to a friend and tell him "do not give me this key for a year" and then frame your friend for a relatively minor crime but that is still serious so he gets 1 year in jail and then when he's released you can claim your LINK

Was that just a 1M+ market buy? Looks like you got your wish OP.

You see how it looks like a big fucking wall? That's because A: A lot of people want to sell at that specific price (can happen a lot on round numbers) or B: There's a whale with a lot of capital trying to keep the price down while he accumulates more. If there were more laws surrounding crypto it would be illegal to do this because it's pure market manipulation.

It wouldn't be illegal? Insider trading is illegal but putting up sell walls is part of the game. The only reason it doesn't happen more on the stock market is gentleman's agreements between the big players and their tactics are more advanced. It happens more with this because more individuals or smaller groups hold more of the market control.
Any regulation you hear about regarding crypto is about insider trading and outright theft. It wouldn't change things like this or even the use of bots unless they got the exchanges to play ball but most of them are run by an-caps so it is unlikely without threats. I am sure it will happen eventually but the decentralised nature of some exchanges and parts of the blockchain are unable to be controlled and will always win out over anything that is centralised and 'persuaded' to join in with regulation. It is why shit like Bcash and IOTA is cancer, anything centralised is. It won't win in the long run as the entire point in this was to decentralise it. Take away that group or person in control who can be corrupted by the banks or governments.
