the project has to make tangible project towards use cases one thing at a time, not biting off more then you can chew, to impress people.

yea, so focusing on game dev, and not degen game dev, but just indie game dev, is probably the best bet. this means the other members of the team need to not ruin it by getting itchy fingers and trying to inject degen crypto bullshit into everything.

just one product at a time, no rushing the devs, no changing the project every five seconds, no "community run project" bullshit, just focus on indie game development and make the token mostly a stock.

maybe down the road you can create some kind of replacement for pay pal. but in the mean time, just leave the devs alone, and it would stand above the shoulders of other shit coins who just scream trendy words like "defi" and "decentralized" and shit like that over and over again.
