I'm not smart enough to fully grasp what this means for the market, anyone? I often hear that when everyone thinks something is gonna happen in the market it doesn't happen, but then again if everyone thinks it's gonna happen and anticipates on it the FOMO might take over again in those same sheep and an actual bullrun commences.

Yeah everybody including their grandparents are expecting a bullrun after the 2024 halving, you can guess what will happen if Bitcoin doesn't pump...the whole permabull bitcoin narrative will simply crumble
