My landlord bought for $1.2 million without a survey. Price has dropped at least 200k since then. He's had to replace one external wall, have the roof done and other stuff, probably at least another $150k. Rent control. Heating included so energy price increases don't hit me.
Getting comfy seeing how far prices drop.
