Dunno I'd have several options to weigh. Not sure about paying of student loans cause they might be forgiven. Not sure about market because it looks like shit. Not enough to open a dive bar but enough to buy some shitty washateria/cleaners other small businesses. When the market is shit and you can invest in stocks, thats the time to invest in an actual business. People always need to get drunk and clean their clothes. Maybe do what warehouse anon does. Buy a warehouse fill it will 20k of some shit I think is going to be 100k later. I would be looking to sure up any liabilities I have and setup anything for a passive income. Even if that cleaners is only making me $600 a month its still $600 more a month than I was getting before. Maybe buy a complete shit hole and rent it out for a profit and do nothing to it. Then just prepare to kick out the new tenants I'm already signing up as I know its a matter of time before they stop paying rent. Or just fill it with section 8, 15 immigrants for a 2 bed room house. This immigration shit is out of control and gov will probably beg you to house them. Which could lead to political connections and power once I have an army of immigrants I rent to that I also imply who they should vote for. Basically i'd become a jew.
