JEPI is one I've slowly been adding, great dividend track record so far. But I've been collecting BDCs primarily MAIN and GAIN. With other dividend ETFs such as SCHD, SPHD, DIV to name a few. Also REITs are another big component O, STWD being the big two of that sector. I finally have enough income to actually start to buy into blue chip companies like JPM, MMM, GIS and several more.

PLD has been killing it over the past decade but during the '08 crisis dividends were all over the place. Regardless, if you're time frame is long (as it should be for dividend investing) PLD looks like a really nice addition for what I'm looking for.

It’s mainnet can only be bought on houbi and Hotbit right now.
It has connection to zoom and the owner has several businesses with over 100 mil users (3rd worlders mind you) that will transfer onto it once it’s cross chain is done.
Not saying it’ll go up when Dex hits or even in the next year but has huge potential.

It appears it sells covered calls on its dividend portfolio then reinvests the premium in etns for tax purposes. When the calls get exercised at a higher price, you better believe they will issue more shares to buy back the securities to write more covered calls again.
