farming plots owned by 1 man who takes care of fiat/sales/taxes.
pay workers with: plot of land to work, house, a chance to make it only take 10% of total grains, no other tax, no fiat, no rent, no utility
benefits the planet. competes with big ag. allows humane lives of workers. fair. illegal in many ways im sure unless some uber of farming broke into the regulatory scene.

your not allowed to have a landlord pay your tax for service afaik. part of the system is the underling being able to eat all his crops if needed and never needing fiat at all, then if he has a great year sure he could go sell some for a party or extra gear
