The idea behind the 7000 max per wallet was presumably to prevent one wallet with millions of Link filling the pool instantly. Limiting it to 7000 meant everyone had a chance to stake. There was nothing said about having more than one application per user, only a limit on each wallet.

What I've come to realize is this board is full of poorfags who seethe at the thought of someone buying up a large amount of something with 50-100k dollars, and seeing that sort of money 10-100x and make it, because they dream of doing it themselves but can't.
