Due to ageing, I guess. I realised that my performance had been deteriorating over time and could no longer hit my target scores for the fitness proficiency tests. Being a firefighter here, you have to be extremely fit. The fitness proficiency test has a tier system that evaluates all firefighters based on sets of fitness stations you have to clear. Annoying women everywhere, doctors treat you like shit, it feels like you're a robot and the hospital is a literal high school. Patients will annoy you nonstop, and you get sick often. My god healthcare is fucking bad. I wanted to strangle my coworkers. I went part-time WFH with a pay cut to pursue CS. Thank fucking god, all the time I spent pursuing Nursing felt like a complete waste of time. I advise anyone considering it to volunteer to see if you can handle working in a hospital day in and out. It drove me insane, I wish I didn't jump into Nursing without at least trying it.
