He needs to continue the idea that SBF is a good guy who made an oopsie because he understands the game and "Mr. Wonderful" has his own WonderFI and he wants part of the game. The problem is that if SBF in the public view is guilty then regulations are going to happen and not regulations that are friendly to "smart money" degens like himself. IE the game is over for this method.

You see the problem here is that during the whole last bull market and for every bull market before we have seen the "smart money" call the street idiots for investing in crypto. The street got rich and that upsets "smart money". This type of stuff keeps happening you might have to change what really is a "qualified investor". The "qualified investor" rule is really the problem. In today's age, it is how the rich get in early and cheap.

If you look at all the crashes that happen like voyager, Celcius, 3AC, and FTX they were run by ex Wallstreet type's "smart money", yet all they are is fucking degens. the street is naive to trust these platforms and people but many of the people on the street are not the degen that created the shit state we are in now.

So now most want SBF to go to jail like David Sachs because it basically makes people like them look like morons and you need to make it look like an industry where the street was too stupid and they need guard rails so they can protect the special protections the wealth get when it comes to investing.
