Got hired by a company two months after they rejected me because I wouldn’t take the vaccine, I’m now realizing most of my coworkers took it and I’m the only one who didn’t. How likely am I to get a quick promotion if some of my seniors were to die?

Work it into the company statutes that a certain portion of management has to be unvaccinated as risk mitigation for the "bus problem" (what happens if all of management are in the same bus that has an accident and everyone dies. Solution: A statute saying all of management are not allowed to be aboard the same bus at the same time).
