They would have never got the loan to value if they tried doing this in tradfi, Saylor explains this quite well in his interview on FTX. SBF was levered up like 200x on shitcoin collateral. In tradfi the loan he would have got was 50% at best of what FTT daily volume, not total market cap or whatever amount FTX was holding.
