>carb rush made me lower energy so I skipped the gym
>now lying in bed

I realised how I'll never be promoted at my current job because I don't fit in so I need to leave if I want to progress in life.

I cringe so much at everything I do.

I'm counting down the days to my Christmas holidays. I just know the absolute peak of it will be the travelling at the start, drinking coffee, sitting and waiting in some waiting area, while the entire holiday is ahead of me. No pressure to work, no pressure to have fun.

The problem is that it's hard to get out of the grind event if you do the right things and everything is going well:

> roll out of bed at 8:10
> make eggs, eat, dress
> 8:30 at desk
> slave
> full hour lunch, eat well, clean or stretch
> 1pm slave
> 5pm gym
> 7pm home and shower, eat
> 7:30 two hours of grind to be a better slave
> 9:30 only free time, tired as shit
> midnight, sleep

The funny thing is that this a "good" life and there is time on the weekends. Hmm, typing this made me realize that maybe it's not all over.
