Buyer comes by in 2 hours. Selling for 280k cash as is. I paid 224k for it, and I paid it off last November when BTC hit over 60k. I just turned 4 BTC into 16 BTC. The ironic thing is, when I paid off this house.. I bought a 2nd @ 370k at 2.75 percent FIXED.

I may have lost 1.6M in paper gains since last fall, but I am about to have 35 BTC, something I've never had before. It's taken me 5 years but I'll have turned 10 BTC (bought from Coinbase in 2017) into 35 in 2022.
