It doesn't have endless competitors to fight against, because there's nothing like it in its category, at least for now. There's tons of copycat browsers with different takes on the rewards scheme, but their userbases are a fart in the wind and the project teams are nobodies. Whereas if you're invested in an L1, you're sweating a bunch other competitors for dominance, partnerships, etc. and many of them have the money and the talent to be feasible winners.
