There is no limit of LINK the address can hold, it has a staking contract ledger though which is capped at 25 million, 2.5 million is reserved for nodes so effectively capped at 22.5 million. But there can be exceptions like the reward LINKs to the address, i haven't read the contract entirely but they probably have the team wallets whitelisted to deposit the maximum rewards amount. So the total address balance means nothing kinda, the interface on the staking site reads the contract ledger
