that's what the countdown on the website says, does general access not start immediately after early access ends?

Is what he asked. Chainlink will dump 75m tokens starting q1 2023 I believe. It's somewhere in the staking blogpost

Is there a dump as well? Or are you referring to the v.0.1 staking pool cap (currently 25M) which will increase to 75M "in the months after launch?"

https://blog.chain.link/chainlink-staking-roadmap/

The initial staking pool in v0.1 will be capped in size, offering distinct allotments to node operators, community members, and the coordinator of oracle networks. The pool will start with an aggregate size of 25M LINK tokens, with the planned goal of scaling to a pool size of 75M LINK tokens in the months after launch, based on demand. For future releases, it is planned for the pool size to further expand and for additional Data Feeds and oracle services to be supported.

>>52778810
It's in the subsequent blogpost: https://blog.chain.link/sustainably-growing-chainlink/
Although the number is actually 50m, not 75m

>To create clarity for the Chainlink community, and as a critical part of Chainlink Economics 2.0, the Foundation expects that no more than 5% of total supply (50 million LINK tokens) will be moved into the circulating supply, over the next 9 months, through the first quarter of 2023. These releases to circulating supply will support the growth of the network, including the upcoming launch of staking later this year.

yes so deflationary effect
i don't know if team intended it but the 25m first is quite clever as could let to price increase as people buy up before next pool expansion
likewise with this early staking, it's far better to see a rush at the general staking stage which will get attention that the whole pool being filled by early stakers

50M Link to enter the circulating supply over the next 9 months? 1.25M is going to staking pool right now for the year. When they triple the Staking pool, that'd be a staggered 3.75M over the next year or so. What's the other 46.25M for? Is this to further reward the community staking pool after the first year?

I don't mind tbqh, I'll take the tokens.

I just bought in the $5 range, I wrote chainlink off when it wicked to 0 on binance and instead bought a bunch of matic, avax, ftm, and harmony, but I understand the oracle problem better now and understand why it's probably the most important component of smart contracts. I don't know if chainlink will succeed but theyre basically the ethereum of oracles right now.
