This thing is basically over unless they find a solution, and the time this could be ignored is over. The public and the media and the real investors are now up in this game, the times for fun and games is over.
BTC became too big and rigid, and people are looking for an alternative. That's why Ethereum and Litecoin could rise to the occasion, and now a new player is in town, with the familiar brand plus the catchy "cash" brand. It'll perform well.

I dont think you even need to be clever to day trade in cryptos. As long as there is bull market, it's pretty safe to make 5% daily profits from price swings. I started doing it last week and and I'm have almost doubled my day trade balance. Realistically if you invest 1000$ and make a 2% gain each day for 350 days, you'll be a millionaire. 2,5% price swings can be found pretty much on every altcoin multiple times a day. Of course the more money you have, the harder it becomes to make profit from small swings, but at least for initial gains it is much more reliable way than hoping for moons.
