I dunno much about stocks, but I'm sure forex is not in anyway better, I started with forex, watched A LOT of tutorials before doing trading myself. I lost money more than earning profit.

You've got to know any market you're going to trade. Risk management in Forex is key to staying in the game especially leveraged. Don't ever try and catch a falling knife. If you're looking to hit home runs accepted that you can also strike out once and youre account is blown out. Essentially for any leveraged trading.

I'm reading a book called The Body Keeps the Score, it's about trauma and it's fascinating.
It literally changed the way I see the whole nature/nurture debate. I'm big on nurture now, I realise that even if you have certain genetics, our formative years are so important as to how our brains develop and recognise the most inherent, deep-seated emotional states like safety and calm.
It sounds Freudian and fake when I write it out, but it's really well argued for in the book - the most important thing in life is how it starts, and how secure and healthy your attachment is with your mother in your early early years.
With rats, they found that newborns that were licked and doted on more by their mothers were braver, calmer (lower levels of stress in all situations) and more intelligent - at least better at getting out of mazes.
I recommend it go anyone, although it can be heavy going, the human case studies he uses are very compelling.
Your crypto is at best crabbing mode for the next year at least, so use the time to improve yourself in other ways.
