Healthcare is in the hands of the State. No countries have free market healtcphcare.
The state decide the mx amount of people that can work in the field.
Supply isnregulated.
The state defines what is healthcare, how it is performed.
There can't be any entrepreneurial innovation, discoveries on methods of production, and many other things that would make it cheaper and better at saving lives.
Basically people working in healthcare are not letting millions be saved and billions live better just because of status.
