developing is far easier than EVM

chain runs at web speed

users don't pay "gas" to interact with websites and services, the service provider does, and the cost per cycle to the service provider is fixed not based off the price of icp so there's far far less uncertainty in costs

DAOs are the most advanced of any other chain
