I've heard the term "paper bitcoin" used in the past few days. I try to look around for more information on it, and I can't find anything about it besides just public commentary like here and on youtube.

So what is it and where do you buy it anyways? From the descriptions I've heard so far, it sounds like it's just derivatives of btc
