Rose is good but the elephant in the room is that this it's completely ignored by everyone, even developers. Emerald is a ghost chain. I'm not sure if developers will even use Sapphire's "privacy layer" or if that'll also just fly under the radar and then eventually other L1's will create their own privacy solutions which devs will use.
