The only way to do it is via crypto, which is retarded because you'll be paid in crypto. One of the reasons the space did so well is because few people held short any crypto INSIDE of the crypto space precisely because the collateral was crypto, the profit crypto etc... If you plan on spending the bitcoin/crypto then go ahead, but you need to find retards dumb enough to sell you a house for crypto, or give you real things in exchange for a crypto transfer etc.
