My honest advice as a guy who got engaged this year is that you have embrace the things that set you apart from other men. I wasted a LOT of time going on dates with and trying to impress women who I was never going to have a satisfying relationship with. The right women will love you for the things that make you unique, traits that many other women would likely not regard as desirable. Once you accept that you have niche appeal, things get a lot better.
