What if we make a system so that you have to work certain number of hours a day, and no matter what you do, all of humanity has to live in a similar type of dwelling, living in the same comfort and quality of life.
Like, all of humans live the same life, except in difference of what you are doing.
So that would incentivize people to work for the greater good of all of humanity, right? Greed would be extinguished by having to all live with the same level of luxury. The only way to elevate your personal quality of life would be to work hard alongside everyone else to improve things for everyone

I mean, imagine something like how buddhist monks live - very frugally, using the minimum of resources, dedicating their lives to be present and focused in meditation, working but without participating of the consooming game.

If we all lived like that, we just worked to make sure everything in society keeps going, but we don't go crazy about consooming. We just all enjoy a decent moderate healthy amount of luxury for all humans. Why would something like that not work?

the correct solution is to increase transmission of the dharma, to impose a sort of baseline existence with UBI that meets the basic material needs of even the most miserable plebs, while allowing those with any spark of creativity to improve their lives in aesthetic ways that may not meet some hellish council of shrewish women's standard of serving the greater good yet still enrich the human experience by adding diversity in subjective ways where the noncreative nigger cattle would just substitute with increased consumption.

That's the thing though. If you removed all bullshit """"jobs"""", and made a non centralized distributed system of chores and tasks, running society would be incredibly easy. You'd have to go work in a farm twice a week, or maybe go take care of elders at a center on the weekends, or something else of real value.
